This is a gorgeous necklace, done in colors of champagne and soft, soft, soft peach in the larger stones. The smaller stones have an aurora borealis finish, allowing them to reflect light in every color of the rainbow. The gentle champagne color is much richer than the photo shows, evocative of honey and amber. But there is that hint of peach in the stones, softening the color, making it seem to glow. Nearly any skin tone will be flattered by these colors....I'm extremely fair, and these colors reflect light in such a way that it warms my skin, giving me the illusion of color. Very dark skinned women will look astonishingly gorgeous in this necklace, as it will attract light and and will add a golden glow to the face and throat. Mid-tone skin colors will come alive next to these colors, giving a sun-kissed aura to the wearer. The AB coated stones will throw light, reflecting it around you, drawing the eye, adding life to your face and neck. These colors are like candlelight, enhancing your beauty in an almost ethereal way.This is a large necklace, but still very wearable for most women. If you prefer dainty jewelry, this one isn't for you. But if you're wanting to try the statement necklace trend this is a good way to do it since the colors are so versatile and flattering. It's perfect for black tie, but equally at home with jeans and a sweater. This will take you from the boardroom to the BBQ, and everywhere in between. Dinner out with your sweetheart, the company holiday party, a picnic on the beach, or shopping with the girls, this set will fit in just fine.The earrings are quite long, and for me they're too long to wear with the necklace. I have a long neck, but the earrings bump the necklace, so I won't be wearing these together. The earrings have plenty of presence so they're fine on their own, and you can just wear a gold stud with the necklace. They have a post and clutch closure, and the necklace has a lobster claw clasp, so it will be easy to extend. However, the clasp on my necklace is stuck shut, so I'll have to replace it. It'll just be a matter of opening the jump ring and swapping out the clasp. The company may even send me a clasp, but I have not asked them yet. If I do ask, I'll let you know what happens. The front piece is articulated very nicely so it lays correctly on your neckline, moving with you and making it more comfortable to wear.For the price, this is a stunning and sturdy necklace, and there are even several color choices being offered by this vendor. I may get one of them, because I really love this design. If I do, I'll give it a separate review and let you know how they compare.
