Super soft, fluffy rug. It is made of big soft loops or pieces of material. It stays on place on the floor. If it starts to look pressed down or flattened, it can easily be fluffed up by giving it a quick shake or running your hands over it. I have a little rocking chair sitting on this rug and it looks great. I am happy with it. It washes up nicely too. I don't dry it the whole way in the dryer though. I just throw it in for a few minutes to fluff it up and then I let it air dry the rest of the way. I have washed this rug numerous times and it still looks like new and is still so fluffy and soft.After reading the reviews on this product, I felt I should put in my two cents. This is not a designer rug which is why is doesn't cost as much as a designer rug. The color was good for me and matched the picture (I picked sage), but if it wasn't all I would have to do is return it. I've never had a problem returning any item with Amazon. This is a soft, cushy rug with a looped microfilament polyester material. You can wash these repeatedly if they become dirty or flat, and they'll look like new. I have a very slippery tile floor and this rug doesn't slip at all, and I'm a big guy who doesn't like to fall. I'm going to buy a second sage rug which shows you my sincerity.I love the way this rug looks and feels. It is exactly the color and texture I was looking for.My only concern is about how it will fare in the washer. To be fair, I haven't washed it yet, so it may be just fine, and maybe I'll come back and write a comment on this review after I've done that. For now, I'm a little nervous about washing it because the first couple days that I had it, a couple of the fibers (or whatever) came out when I walked on it. I've been walking on it for over a month now though, and it has remained fully intact since those first couple of days. So, again, my concern may not be warranted.Overall, I'm very pleased.I bought this trying to coordinate with my shower curtain. That color in the listing photo would have been perfect. However.... The actual product color is significantly lighter than shown on the screen, as others have noted (edited to add photo). Fortunately this color will still work for me, but be aware you can probably find the exact same rug for less. Other sellers have the same rug with a much lighter color, more accurate photo.I do love that the fiber texture is really soft. It feels great on the feet! Just a little shake and the rug fluffs up.When you have an ugly colored bathroom, there is not much you can do to make it look nicer so I had to find a rug that would blend in as much as possible which is why I picked this wheat color. The rug is nice and soft, it stays put and does it job. But they could have added more loops to it to make it more fuller because you can see the base depending on how you move the loops around. But I would buy this again, it's a nice rug and came in the exact color I needed.I ordered it in aqua, and the color is not as shown. The rug is at least two shades lighter than the illustration. I wanted a darker rug so it wouldn't show the dirt from our shoes so much. But since the other reviewers say it washes well and then "looks like new," I'll probably keep it and just wash it frequently. But I wish I had chosen a darker rug.I like this rug, it's soft and absorbent although it would be better if it was just a bit more full. The rug is made of fluffy loops of fabric so if they could have put more loops into the rug to make it more dense I think I would like it more. Either way it does it's job nicely and keeps my daughter from leaving puddles next to the tub when she gets out.This rug is the perfect color for our bathroom, but...after having it for a few months, I don't really like it. It looks cool in the picture and after you wash it or shake it out. But when you use it daily it gets really flat and has absolutely no cushion to it. I will be on the look out for a different one soon. Nice for a guest powder room if it will not be walked on every day. Too much money for this rug!I was not familiar with this type of surface but it is very soft and absorbent and the colour was a nice match for the liner, shower curtain previously purchased. I would recommend this mat to another buyer.It's good but for the price is very high for the quality, you can get better microfiber ones from ikea for like 12 bucks...Very poor quality. I am sure if you wash it once, it will just come apart.I am not even sure what material it is, it seems to be glued on. I returned it.Way too large. Material is strangeI returned this. It was not what I expected. I needed something in rubber!
