I was surprised to see the negative review here as this exact rug has graced the inside of my front door for four years and it only gets softer and more wonderful with each wash. My door is yellow, the same color as the bursts in this rug and it sets it off perfectly when guests arrive and the door swings open. I have not had a bit of unraveling, staining or anything. Compared to my kitchen rugs, this rocks and I am here on Amazon today looking specifically at Jellybean Washable rugs to replace those in my kitchen that are not Jellybean brand because of my wonderful experience with this rug! It's like blue jeans...these rugs get better with age.
