The Shoe Cabinet looks great.Took a little over an hour to put together.Easy to follow instructions - Clear pictures, pieces are all clearly labeled for identification. Each piece of hardware comes in thier own numbered package so no mistakes when putting it together.All you need is a Phillips screwdriver - use a large size that fits the screws so you can snug them down.Not sure why other reviews say that it is not clear, difficult, holes don't line up etc. If you don't see a hole and think you need to drill one - you have the piece turned wrong or have the wrong piece of wood.If you look at the picture and use the correct pieces of the cabinet for each step it is perfect for building.Shelves are adjustable which will allow you to put just about any size boot, shoe, for me even containers of bird seed and dog accesories in the cabinet.A quality furniture store in town carries this same cabinet but over $100 higher.
